National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer and more caring places to live. Lakewood Police and other first responders will stop by if/when available. In past years, police cars, fire trucks, and an ambulance have stopped by for kids to climb in, but it is always dependent on if they are working or not.
The street will be closed so feel free to bring bikes, etc. for kids to enjoy. Sandwiches, snacks, and refreshments will be provided. Please come celebrate our great neighborhood and meet some more of your neighbors.
