This year’s theme, “Strengthening Reconciliation in Defence” is centered on our shared commitment to turning meaningful discussions into actionable strategies that foster positive change. The conference aims to contribute to the collective strength and unity of the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces, reinforcing Canada’s broader commitment to Reconciliation with Indigenous peoples, communities and businesses.
