Nail City Records is hosting a Listening Party with a Hispanic & Latino Community Potluck. The Listening Party will showcase Hispanic & Latino artist across all genres with the ability to purchase some of the records on vinyl. The listening party celebrates music by offering a shared, focused experience to build community and interest. We have included time & space where any Hispanic musicians or artists can perform. There will also be time during The Listening Party where poets, writers, and authors can share their pieces or excepts from their work or others who have been inspired by or are a part of the Hispanic/Latino culture or experience. While potlucks have long been a way to bring people together to share food, fellowship, and fun, this Potluck is about so much more than a meal. It provides space for building community and connection. Each unique dish carries with it a story, a history, a heritage, and offers an opportunity to cross borders and share new experiences. In a world that feels increasingly divided, this Listening Party & Community Potluck fosters unity, breaks down barriers and strengthens bonds through the universal language of music, art, & food.
