At High Noon, Memphis will convene at 4th Bluff Park to Salute Public Artists who continue to activate Community Spaces with their art.
About this Event

We will salute renowned Public Artists Jamond Bullock and Yancy Villa for their tireless efforts in creating beautiful art for public spaces we live, work and play in everyday. We appreciate these and other public artists for sharing their talent with Memphis and the world and want them to know how much we do. We will also be wishing Jamond a very happy birthday! Whoop Whoop!
