Ongoing Collections Tours – Discover the incredible artifacts that showcase Virginia’s natural resources.
Virginia’s Climate Past – Learn about Virginia’s prehistoric environments and see a variety of fossils, including our state fossil.
Fossil Dig – Search for shark teeth, corals, and other marine fossils from millions of years ago.
Meet a Mastodon – Interact with real mastodon fossils and replicas while learning about Ice Age ecosystems.
Fossil Identification – Bring in your own finds and have them identified by our experts.
