  • Yes!  If your information changes prior to the conference, please edit as appropriate.  Your registration information is used to print your conference badge and, for professionals, your CEU certificate so make sure it is correct!

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

  • Yes!  If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, please login and edit your registration information to reflect the new attendee.  Professionals, please be reminded that this will also transfer your CEU credit hours to the new attendee.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

  • For Parents/Students:  We would prefer that names match so they will be correct on the name badge, but Yes it is ok if the name does not match.
  • For Professionals:  No.  Due to tracking CEU credit hours, the name on your ticket must match the name of the registered attendee.  Remember, you can edit attendee information if you are unable to attend and would like to transfer your ticket (see above).
