Hook N Ladder Pizza

@Hook N Ladder just opened its first permanent home two weeks ago, after more than five years of making wood-fired pizza out of a converted fire truck.
Now the truck is parked outside.
Inside, there's a Forza Forni wood-fired oven, a long bar, big red booths, plenty of tables and enough room for all of us.
And, most importantly, the cheese pizza is good.
We know because we tried it first. 😁
House-made dough, fermented for 72 hours. House-made sauce. Wood fire. Light, soft, chewy crust with blistering and char around the edge.
When we realized National Cheese Pizza Day was September 5, this one made too much sense.
Let's celebrate it together.
Come at 5:00. Come at 7:30. Bring somebody. Come alone and sit with us. We have the friendliest pizza community on Earth.
If you've never been to one of our Meetups, this is a pretty good one to start with.
Shawn spent more than five years taking Hook N Ladder wherever the people were.
