Greetings to all,We’re excited to announce that, for the first time ever, National Animal Rights Day (NARD) will be held in Sri Lanka!
Date: Sunday, June 1st
Location: Galle Face Beach
This event is being organized to recognize that animals, like us, are sentient beings. They have emotions, feel pain, and have a will to live—just like we do. We are coming together to remind everyone that this world is not just for a few, but for all living beings. This event is being held primarily to pay tribute to the animals that have died for humans for so long, and also to demand justice for them.
We warmly welcome animal rights activists, vegans, animal rescuers, animal lovers, and anyone involved in animal-related causes to join us in this meaningful event.
Please wear a black t-shirt as a sign of solidarity.
