Opening Reception & Healing Service
The conference begins with an elegant reception followed by a sacred Healing Service—creating space for connection, reflection, prayer, and collective restoration as we prepare for the work ahead.
Friday, May 15
Plenary Panel Sessions

Built To Last Gala: An Evening with Dr. Michael Eric Dyson
The signature evening of the conference features a powerful keynote address by Dr. Michael Eric Dyson, one of the nation’s most influential voices on race, democracy, faith, and public life.
The Gala will also include the presentation of the inaugural Rev. Al Sharpton Legacy Award, honoring distinguished leadership and moral courage. This elegant evening celebrates impact, scholarship support for youth leaders, and meaningful cross-sector connections.

Youth Huddle Day
