This ensemble includes Nate Nathan on vocals and keys, Joshua Lewicki on trumpet, and Luke Dunn on guitar. Nate Nathan is a solo artist who just completed his fourth studio album (Butterflies From Mt. Sinai ) in the beginning of 2022. The music is an eclectic blend of pop, experimental, and soul. Nate Nathan's songwriting and singing are influenced by icons ranging from Judy Garland to D'Angelo.In recent years his music was taken to new heights when paired with the skill and flair of musical powerhouses Joshua Lewicki and Luke Dunn. The trio performed for the first time this year in February for a sold out night of eclectic pop with touches of jazz flavors. Joshua's horn lines weave in and out of Nate Nathan's vocals with a message of their own. Luke's guitar breathes hints of Wes Montgomery but is undeniably original and unique. Digital percussion is tastefully used from time to time which takes the sound to another dimension. At the heart of the music lives the vocal. Nate Nathan's soft and dynamic vocal approach dances with the sound. Improv is also a large part of what the trio incorporate in every performance. This night will be filled with magical moments as they explore sound in front of a new audience.
Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door general admission; $15 for students and low-income individuals. Children under 12 are free. Advance tickets are available at the link below, or you may purchase your tickets at the door the night of the show.
Doors open one half hour before show time. We accept cash or Venmo only at the door.
The Back Room is an all-ages, BYOB (for those 21+) space, dedicated to (mostly) acoustic music of all kinds. You are welcome to bring your own food and adult beverages with no additional corkage fee.
