This program is eligible for a maximum of 3 Category A hours/CEUs. ATs should claim only those hours actually spent in the educational program.

All written cancellations will be forwarded to [email protected]. An administrative fee of 20% will be retained for all lecture cancellations. No refunds will be given after the cancellation date as stated above or for no-shows.
