Austine Mah began her career with Bliss Spa and LVMH, then helped launch The Spa at Equinox in Los Angeles. Her passion for product development took her to Europe, where she managed distribution for American brands. She later joined PCI Journal, rising from editorial board member to managing editor. She is a writer, editor, designer and internationally licensed esthetician with degrees in International Studies and Interior Design. She is known for her technical skill, clear communication and commitment to excellence. She lectures internationally on esthetics, business, design and marketing, and is also a yoga instructor.
