Nashwell + Adelphos dinner

We met the owners of Adelphos Wine Cellars as neighboring vendors at Lubbock's Downtown Farmer's Market. Both Adelphos and Nashwell have since expanded, opening brick and mortar locations!

We'll be closing the cafe to walk-in customers and setting the tables for a more sophisticated dining experience.

Marinated lamb skewers with roasted beets in yogurt dressing, paired with 2019 Primitivo

Sweet and spicy chocolate pot de creme with crisp orange polenta cookies, paired with Dulcinea
