You are invited to Nashville's Best Real Estate Meetup. This event will be different from any other meetup you have ever experienced. The team behind Chattanooga's premier meetup is bringing the next-level experience a real estate meetup should have into town. What do we mean by this? This meetup is not associated with any REIA / national organization. There is no selling from the stage policy. Our events are made possible by sponsors we introduce at the beginning of the meeting, and that's the end of that.

This month, we are beyond excited to have Haydynn’s mentor, Ted Bertuca, joining us. Ted is a business master and has founded over 60 separate companies, developed some of the most expensive homes in Nashville, developed hundreds of homes and thousands of multifamily units, and worked with some of the largest companies in the country. Ted truly is the mentor of mentors, and we are stoked to get the chance to share this evening with you.
Ted’s Bio:
In 1997, upon his college graduation, Ted J. Bertuca joined his father in growing their family business. The Bertuca duo developed a specialized team to oversee their multifaceted organizations and has since expanded into retail real estate, car washes, residential and commercial construction, and roofing.

The Bertuca Organization operates on a foundation of integrity and values the highest standard of excellence. Additionally, the organization has employed 1200 employees and believes in committing to their respective communities. Both Ted F. Bertuca and Ted J. Bertuca served in multiple capacities on the Board of Directors for Nashville, Tennessee’s Ronald McDonald House. Additionally, the company serves as the title sponsor for the Annual Bertuca Organization Golf Tournament for the Donelson-Hermitage Rotary tournament. It supports Volunteers of America to ensure the nonprofit’s annual goals are fulfilled and adopts five underprivileged families each year to help spread the spirit of Christmas.
Ted’s portfolio (present and past):
For 31 years, The Bertuca Organization owned and operated more than thirty McDonald's franchise locations in Central Tennessee. With years of dedication and effort, Ted Sr. and Ted Jr. grew the franchise to become one of the largest employers in Nashville, TN, with more than 1200 employees, and set the expectations of quality and integrity within their companies.
Located in the heart of Pinellas County, Florida, the Bertuca Organization’s two apartment properties- the Boulevard and Charleston on 66th- provide tenants with a luxury living experience. The Boulevard, a 260-unit luxury property, offers tenants the choice of one, two, or three-bedroom units and spacious living quarters.
Similarly, Charleston on 66th, a 258-unit property, offers luxury amenities including island kitchens, granite countertops, and wood laminate flooring. Additionally, the Charleston on 66th property offers clubhouse amenities including a fitness center with an indoor swimming pool, business center, meeting rooms, concierge, and gathering room.
In 2011, The Bertuca Organization acquired multiple car washes as a real estate investment opportunity, with the aspiration of gaining additional experience and knowledge to grow the Bertuca brand. After the car wash businesses were purchased, The Bertuca Organization began massive renovations and transformed the businesses. Despite selling the car washes in 2018, the investment piece was financially successful, and the investment opportunity was fulfilled.
BMK Building Group, a division of The Bertuca Organization, previously collaborated with Vintage South LLC and Sumner Construction LLC to bring luxury homes to Nashville, Tennessee.
The collaboration with Vintage South LLC concentrated on the Forrest Hills, Greenhills, Oakhill, and Belle Meade areas of Nashville. Additionally, the collaboration with Sumner Construction LLC focused attention on the quickly prospering areas of East and West Nashville.
