NASAP will be at Muttstock for our 8th year!
Muttstock was created to raise awareness about animal rescue and bring community together. Muttstock raises funds for our birth control implant program through festivals and events. Our implant program is an ethical and cost-efficient solution to reduce stress on crowded shelters, eliminate harm to communities overpopulated by stray animals, and avoid those communities having to take matters into their own hands to solve these problems.
