About this Event

The numbers tell a story. Let's be part of changing it!

Join the Upstate Realtist Association (T.U.R.A.) as we gather for a watch party featuring NAREB's 2026 State of Housing in Black America (SHIBA) Report.

This annual report takes a closer look at the realities of Black homeownership across the country, including housing disparities, affordability challenges, and opportunities to create meaningful change.

As Realtists, real estate professionals, and community advocates, understanding these trends helps us better serve our clients, strengthen our communities, and continue the work of advancing democracy in housing.

• Gain valuable insights into the state of Black homeownership.
• Learn about challenges and opportunities shaping the housing market.
