NAREB QUEENS BUILDING WEALTH COMMUNITY DAY

This event is designed to empower and educate our community on homeownership, financial literacy, and economic self-sufficiency. As part of a national initiative, our goal is to provide valuable resources, tools, and guidance to support individuals and families in achieving financial stability and generational wealth.

Program Highlights & Goals:

• Educate, support, and provide resources to first-time homebuyers
• Offer credit counseling and encourage savings
• Support and guide existing homeowners and real estate investors
• Provide loan modification assistance
• Introduce the financial and legacy building benefits of insurance, trusts, and wills
• Deliver financial literacy education for youth
• Workshops Include: ABC's of Homeownership, Where's the Money?( Down payment Assistance ), Credit 1,2.3, and What to do with Big Mama's House (Heirs rights and Estate Planning)
• 1-on-1 counseling with Attorneys, Housing specialists, Mortgage Lenders, and Real Estate Professionals.
