Nara Pinheiro (vocals/flutes) and Marcio Guelber (guitar/piano) present their original compositions in this intimate show, featuring tracks from Nara's album "Tempo de Vendaval" [2023] and Marcio's album "Futuras Paisagens" [2023]. This performance brings together different sonic landscapes to express the artists'
internal worlds. The show showcases the creative collaboration between Nara Pinheiro and Marcio Guelber, two artists known for the originality and depth of their compositions. With a repertoire that spans diverse musical landscapes, the performance reflects their artistic maturity, resulting in an intimate and authentic
experience that connects the audience with new sensory and cultural encounters. By exploring the boundaries between instrumental music and song, Nara and Marcio reaffirm the importance of music as a form of artistic expression and cultural resistance, contributing to the strengthening of contemporary Brazilian musical identity.
Nara and Marcio stand out as instrumentalists and composers. Nara has won the BDMG Instrumental Award and the City of Music Award for Best Instrumental Group. Marcio was recognized by the Brazilian Biennial of Contemporary Music, organized by Funarte. His album received the Marco Antônio Araújo Award for Best Instrumental Music Album. Together, they were finalists in the Minas Gerais Music Award, showcasing the duo's versatility as instrumentalist-composers.
