A post TEDx Third Ward wellness experience presented by Nap Bar and Melvin Johnson Collective, the creative forces behind The Dream Team that created the Affirmation Mixtape.

After Khaliah O. Guillory takes the TEDx stage, the community is invited to continue the experience with an afternoon centered around music, rest, healing, and connection hosted by Fox TV Talk Show host, Chelsea Edwards.

The TEDx talk explores rest as healing.
The Affirmation Mixtape is rest as healing in audio form.
