This year, food and beverages will be purchased using Festival Tickets.
The ticket system allows us to serve guests more efficiently, reduce waiting times, and simplify purchases throughout the festival.
Tickets may be:

Festival tickets may be used throughout the day for food and beverages and may also be shared with family and friends.
If you purchase Festival Tickets through Eventbrite, please remember that these are digital tickets only. They must be exchanged for physical Festival Tickets either by contacting us in advance or at the designated Ticket Exchange Tent on the day of the festival. Physical Festival Tickets will then be used to purchase food and beverages throughout the event.

Our kitchen will be open from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
For parishioners attending Divine Liturgy, food service will begin at 12:30 PM.

Every meals supports our Children's Educational Program in Nanaimo and Humanitarian Aid in Ukraine.
30% of food sales proceeds will go toward purchasing medical supplies and vehicles for humanitarian aid projects in Ukraine.
70% will support our Children's Educational Program, the ongoing development of NanaimoUkrFest, Ukrainian cultural and educational initiatives, and the growth of the our community on Vancouver Island.
Additional donations help cover festival expenses, improve future events, and expand community programs.
Every year we strive to make NanaimoUkrFest bigger, better, and more enjoyable for everyone. Your support makes that possible.
