We're hosting a kickoff to officially begin the NAMIWalks event season and everyone's invited! The NAMIWalks Kickoff will be at Cascade Lake Park, the new location for this year's NAMIWalks event (we've officially outgrown Silver Lake!). Come learn about NAMI and the upcoming NAMIWalks Southeast Minnesota while enjoying the park, which features a natural play and climbing area for kids and plenty of green space to relax and enjoy the evening. We'll also have yard games set up if you're into more active relaxing.
The event is free and open to the public. The TACO LAB food truck will be there if you wish to purchase food, or feel free to pack your own meal as it's a picnic-style gathering. Make sure to save room for dessert - Mrs. Patty's Sweet Treats will also be on site selling ice cream!
You do not need to register in advance.

participants to share their stories, build community and walk together to achieve Mental Health for All. Funds raised stay local, directly supporting NAMI Southeast Minnesota's mission to to improve mental wellness through listening, advocating, informing and leading.
NAMIWalks Southeast Minnesota is scheduled for Saturday, September 28 at 9:00am.
