NAMIWalks 2026 Vendor Sign Up & Payment

Be part of NAMIWalks Rochester 2026 on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Asbury First United Methodist Church (1050 East Ave.) in beautiful historic downtown Rochester!

This year's walk expects 500-800 attendees who are passionate about mental health awareness and community support. As a vendor, you'll connect with engaged community members, share your organization's mission, and be part of an inspiring day celebrating mental health and wellness.

Whether you're a mental health resource, community organization, local business, or wellness provider, NAMIWalks offers meaningful visibility and the chance to make a real difference in our community.

Vendor Registration Details:

• Table space: $55 (includes Eventbrite fees)
• Table and 2 chairs provided by NAMI Rochester: Additional $30

Important Information: This is a rain or shine event. NAMI Rochester cannot provide tents, so we strongly encourage all vendors to bring your own tent for weather protection.
Vendor setup: 8:00 AM

Event hours: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (most attendees depart by noon)
