Discover the healing art of comedy...Share a laugh with us! ? Our next Laugh Rx Stand-up Comedy Workshop will take place on Saturday, June 22nd at the Norma Hertzog Community Center in Costa Mesa, CA. ? The Workshop will be led by Aidan Park, professional comedian, bestselling author, and founder of the YAY Foundation. These workshops aim to build confidence, foster connections, and break stigma. This month, we’re focusing on general mental health! We will be joined by other local resource organizations, Radiant Health, Viet Rainbow of Orange County (VROC), and Shanti OC! Come share your story, laugh, and connect! ??
