NAMI Orange County will be hosting "Laugh Rx: A Stand-Up Comedy Workshop Program" -- a series of comedy training workshops in March through June of 2024. Registration is no cost, and you are more than welcome to sign up for more than one workshop!
There will be tasty food, a mini-resource fair with other local non-profits, and a chance to perform your comedy bit on stage.
