About this Event
Join us for a memorable evening as NAMI Baltimore celebrates 42 years of unwavering dedication to mental health. As we look back at our impact from the last year, and the work that our staff, volunteers, and partners have made possible, we'll host a timely conversation on Baltimore's Paradox: Suicide, Overdose, and the Pain We're Not Talking About.
Our panel will include the following speakers:
-Quentin Vennie, Co-Founder of Equitea and Mental Health Advocate
-Jodi Jacobson Frey PhD, LCSW-C, CEAP, Professor and Associate Dean for Research, University of Maryland, School of Social Work
-Red Nesbitt, LMSW, CBIS and Therapist at Healthcare for the Homeless
We will also honor exceptional individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to mental health in Baltimore during our Awards Ceremony. These local heroes, both professionals and volunteers, embody compassion, dedication, and unwavering support, and we look forward to celebrating their incredible strides.
We look forward to hosting you at what will be an evening packed with emotion, inspiration, and community-centered care. Light drinks and refreshments will be served.
