Each year since 1983, NAMI Metro convenes for its Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony to celebrate local mental health advocates making a difference, and to provide an update on our work and what we plan to do in the year ahead.

This year’s theme, Steady Through The Turns, speaks to the unwavering support system we build together. Life’s challenges and societal shifts bring unpredictable twists, but our community continually shows up for one another. Whether navigating personal mental health journeys or supporting loved ones, we ensure no one has to walk through life's turns alone.
