NAMI Gather: Sunset Alpaca Tai Chi Class

We are so grateful to The Owl Nest and Bend Alpaca Ranch for providing this free Sunset Alpaca Tai Chi Class as a NAMI Gather! The goal of a NAMI Gather is to give our community opportunities to connect around a shared experience or activity that supports our mental well-being. We love introducing people to a variety of wellness activities to add to our toolbox of coping skills and connection opportunities. This unique Alpaca Tai Chi Class really expands the techniques we can use to improve or maintain our whole-person wellness.
