NAMI Family-to-Family 8 Session Education Course Starts March 28, 2026

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session education program for family, friends and significant others of adults with mental health conditions. NAMI Family-to-Family provides information about anxiety, depressive disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other mental health conditions. Other topics covered include communication, problem solving, treatment and recovery. The course is designed to increase understanding and advocacy skills while helping participants maintain their own well-being. The program is taught by trained family members who have a loved one with a mental health condition. NAMI Family-to-Family is an evidence-based program (EB). • Class 3: Getting a Mental Health Diagnosis and Sharing Our Stories
• Class 4: Overview of Mental Health Conditions
• Class 5: Treatment Options
• Class 6: Communication Skills and Problem Solving
• Class 7: Empathy and Recovery
• Class 8: Moving Forward

When: 8 Saturday sessions beginning Saturday, March 28, through May 16, 2026. Each Saturday session is from 10:00 am – 12:30 pm. The last Class is a celebration
