Whether your aspiration is personal or professional, Name Your Year is a hands-on workshop that helps you stop making a long list of impossible goals and instead focus your intention on one powerful word or concept for the year ahead.

In this class, we will guide you through answering the question: “One year from now, I would be more effective if…”

You’ll leave with a clear, meaningful “name” for your year that anchors your decisions and goals.

This workshop is part of House of Shine's New Year New You series, featuring three hands-on experiences designed to help you start your year with clarity, intention, and purpose:

• Name Your Year – Define your "word" and intention for the year ahead.
• Vision Boards – Bring your aspirations to life by creating a visual representation of your goals.
• Atomic Habits – Build the habits and routines that will help you turn those aspirations into reality.

While we encourage you to experience all three workshops to make the most of your new year, each workshop is designed to stand on its own, so participation in the full series is not required.
