Goat Yoga? You've GOAT to be kidding me. Not a ba-a-a-a-a-ad way to relieve stress.

Come get your BAAHMASTE on with some zen baby goats in the outdoor Manhattan Village Plaza! Baahmaste and namaste with us as we invite you to join in a yoga class like you've never experienced.

Yoga: 12-1 PM

Feel free to stay longer to snuggle up with our cutie goat friends and enjoy a free goodie bag to get your zen on from some exclusive vendors! ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A FREE YOGA MAT! Post yoga relaxes with a free Rose Spritz from Joey Manhattan Beach Restaurant.

Check-in begins promptly at 11:30 AM.

All levels of yoga are welcomed. There will be enough room for social distance in the yard. ALL AGES ARE WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE.

FAQ:

We recommend that you wear clothing that covers your whole back as the goats will jump and it might be uncomfortable to those who, for lack of better words, are not wearing much clothing.

Goat fur is hypoallergenic so allergy sufferers only need to be concerned about pollen from surrounding farms and green spaces.

Occasionally, a goat may poop on a mat; However, they are consistent in pebbles and easy to clean. Very rarely, a goat may pee near people, but VERY infrequently do they do that on someone.

Please refrain from wearing buttons or zippers, as the goats may nibble on them.
