About Joanna Jackowska

Joanna is a 500-hour certified kundalini yoga instructor certified in radiant child yoga.Relax and uplift as she guides you through yoga forms, breathing techniques, and meditation.  Joanna often uses the implements of a sound bath, a gong, crystal bowls and various other instruments in select practices.
