Janine Martin has been teaching yoga for over 12 years. She is a 500hr RYT. She teaches a strong yet a relaxing class that welcomes all levels. She always reminds you to check in with your body and to keep searching for the answers within. Her happy attitude will have you feeling energized and buzzing. This challenging yet relaxing yoga class will have you vibing with your community, sweating in nature and breathing in your beautiful surroundings. You will leave feeling energized and lighter not only in the body but also in the mind and heart. All levels are welcome. Modifications will be offered.
