Orlando, dive into 45 minutes of rejuvenating cool flow yoga at The Hampton Social! Then wind down from the yoga class in the best way we know how with a complimentary glass of rosé. ? ? Everyone is welcome as this class is for all levels!
Registration starts at 8:45 AM and the class begins at 9:00 AM inside the Montauk Hall located inside The Hampton Social.
After working up an appetite, dine with us for brunch following the yoga class for 10% off your bill.
P lease keep in mind:
- Please bring your own mat to the class
- Reservations are encouraged for brunch but not mandatory
