Join us at House of Youth on Sunday, September 22, 2024 at 11:00 AM for a Yoga flow to get your body moving and your mind at peace.
Alma from @yogaparatualma915 will be leading this class. She is an experienced yoga instructor and will guide you expertly through this flow which is perfect for people of all levels.
House of Youth is starting a new series of movement classes to help get you started on your health and wellness journey!
Once you're done with your workout, treat yourself to a $75 (normally $120) hydration drip!
We are located downtown at 212 E Mills Ave on the 2nd Floor.
