Naked Men's Slow Flow, Yogi Brandon

Get ready to immerse yourself in a unique yoga session led by the incredible Yogi Brandon! This event is for men, those identifying as male, and non-binary persons comfortable with men. Naked Yoga is empowering and frees us from certain layers of ego, allowing the discovery of new ways to self reflect on our bodies and how we show up or feel in a nude space.

In this class, we’ll have a slow meditative & reflective flow. The beginning will set an intention for creating shifts with our inner world, self views, and stored energy in the body, mind, heart, and soul.

Building up some heat in the middle with, sun salutations, balancing poses, and strengthening the body. Even here and in the end of the class we will be creating sacred space for meditative self reflection, inner transformation, and healing.

Life is a ceremony, our yoga practice is a reflection of what we can carry out into the world in our daily lives. Ending the class with some slow longer holds, lots of breath awareness, and taking a nice sound bath, as we draw deep from our subconscious and shift the programming.

There's something incredibly special about sharing the experience of naked yoga with a group of like-minded and loving individuals. In our classes, people of all ages, shapes, and backgrounds come together to celebrate what their bodies can do and the beauty of our natural human form.

*Bring a towel, bottled water, yoga mat and any props that support your practice.

*This class is all levels. Beginner's are welcome!
