Naked Guy Crocheting - Pilot Episode

By purchasing tickets and attending the filming of "Naked Guy Crocheting" (the "Show"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. You understand that by entering the studio, you will be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded as part of the studio audience.

2. You grant Bisuito Enterprises and its affiliates the unrestricted right and permission to use, publish, broadcast, stream, distribute, copyright, and exploit any footage, photographs, or recordings containing your image, likeness, voice, or sound in any and all media formats, including but not limited to television, internet, streaming platforms, social media, and promotional materials.

3. You understand that this footage may be edited, altered, or modified at the producer's discretion and may be used in whole or in part, for any purpose, in perpetuity worldwide.

4. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for appearing in the Show or for the use of your image or likeness.

5. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or will be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

6. You agree not to disrupt the filming process and to follow all studio guidelines and staff instructions.

7. You understand that cell phones and recording devices are not permitted during filming.

By completing your ticket purchase, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms outlined in this release form.
