Lead on Your Terms is a hands-on workshop for women in commercial real estate who are ready to go beyond diagnosing why the system wasn't built for them and into the work of building what's next. Through a science-backed talk and two facilitated exercises, participants will define their own vision of leadership — then come together to co-create a collective North Star for the next generation of women leading in this industry.
