NAIDOC 2024 - Murris on Meanjin - Friday 12th July 2024

Every year, from Sunday to Sunday, the first week of July is dedicated to National NAIDOC Week celebrations across Australia, which honour and celebrate the history, culture, and accomplishments of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the NAIDOC Celebration. In celebration of the 50th anniversary, the First Nations Brisbane (Meanjin) community are celebrating the 2024 theme of NAIDOC 'Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud'.

In honour of this year's theme, entertainment would focus around First Nations artists, including DJ's, a First Nation legendary band and Rap artists on each boat level, to cater to the diversity within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.

Where: Botanic Gardens River Hub

Arrive: 6:45pm (please have your ticket ready)

Boarding: 7pm-7:30pm

Disembark: 11:30pm

General Admission Tickets (GA):

Food can be purchased from our à La carte menu on board. Seating is limited and based on first-in, first-served. You may purchase up to 10 tickets online at a time. All GA tickets are available up until 15 minutes before setting sail unless sold out.

GA tickets allow you to move freely around the vessel, subject to level capacity restrictions.
