The conference is open to all frontline staff such as health unit coordinators (also known as unit secretaries, unit clerks, unit assistants) and their supervisors, educators, and administrators and all audiences involved in healthcare. Planned session topics include, but are not limited to, Patient Experience, Customer Service, Mental Health, Alzheimer’s, Hospice, Leadership, Mindfulness, Disaster Preparedness, Communication, Mentoring, Caring for Caregiver, and Telehealth.
