Join us for an empowering discussion about perimenopause and how you can navigate this phase of life with confidence and intention. We will begin the evening with a beautiful restorative yoga experience to set the stage. We will then dive into an empowering discussion about perimenopause and provide you with some tools to consider to allow you to confidently prepare for and navigate this phase of life.

Dr. Sarah Harbottle ND
Dr. Sarah Harbottle is a naturopathic doctor, semi-retired lawyer, mother of 4, and recovering perfectionist.
She is passionate about health and wellness and about advocating for her patients so that they can show up in their lives - for themselves, at home, at work, or in whatever way that looks like for them.
Dr. Sarah works primarily in the area of women’s health and hormones and has a particular interest in perimenopause and burnout.

Jordana Nelson
Jordanna is a Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner (NNCP) dedicated to promoting wellness. As a mother, entrepreneur and former corporate fireball, she has a deep understanding of burnout, fatigue and the essential need for true self-care and nourishment.

Ruth Spink
Ruth is a certified yoga and yoga nidra meditation teacher, passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward personal growth and emotional wellbeing. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Ruth integrates therapeutic techniques with mindfulness practices to create a holistic approach to mental and emotional health.
