Nada Yoga is the yogic science of inner transformation through sound. Rooted in ancient Indian philosophy, it teaches that sound (nada) is a pathway to spiritual awakening, using external sounds (like music or mantra) and internal sounds (heard in deep meditation) to still the mind and access higher states of consciousness
This is a weekly class for those who wish to explore the beauty of yogic meditation with sound activation via instruments and your own voice along with chakra based colour visualisation.
Handouts will be be given and we can have a group chat for support for practicing at home
