NACSW is pleased to announce this year's 71st Annual Convention, "Bringing All People Under One Roof: Supporting Vulnerable Groups in Our Communities" in Glendale, CA from November 18-21st, 2021. Singletary, who will present a 6-hour preconvention institute on Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 9:00 am -4:15 pm PT. Dr. Jon E. Singletary has been the dean of the Diana R. Garland School of Social Work at Baylor University since 2015. The Enneagram is a spiritual tool, a symbol that is an illustration for various ways (9 ways) we connect to God, ways we can understand ourselves (aka, personality), ways we can strengthen relationships. Don't miss this opportunity to earn 6.0 CEs for a full day workshop.
In addition, we are offering a half-day afternoon session, Thursday, November 18, 2021, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., 3.0 CEs. David Mandani, MSW, LCSW, who served as pastor of mental health at Saddleback Church for the past five years and is currently pursuing his doctorate in ministry at the Kings University, Dallas Fort Worth, TX. David will be presenting Mental Health in the Church: A New Approach to Building Community

There will be 100+ workshops and poster sessions, preconvention institutes on topics such faith, policy, human development, social work research as well as opportunities to network and worship together with other Christians in social work from all over North America.
In addition, convention participants are eligible to earn up to 19.5 hours of continuing education contact hours approved by the Association of Social Work Boards.
New for 2021: NACSW will be dedicating one full day to our special tracks: Criminal Justice (Friday November 19) and Immigration (Saturday, November 20th), scheduled for these days will be special Educators Forum, Immigration panel discussion and community conversations, please visit the schedule for details.
