This in-person event will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton, located at 1500 North Military Highway, Norfolk, VA.

Get ready to connect with amazing women from all walks of life as we come together to discuss important topics, share experiences, network and uplift one another. The conference will feature "Sistas Wine Down" Paint Nite and "Sista Circles." Dynamite speakers, h'orderves, buffet breakfast and lunch, swag bag, line dance, door prizes, games, awards and vendors will come together to launch, Women in the NAACP (WIN). The purpose of WIN is (1) to enhance the leadership role of women; (2) to serve as an advocacy vehicle to address the social, economic, political, educational, health and welfare issues affecting women; (3) to advocate for the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual development of children and (4) to support the policies as well as the on-going mission and vision of the NAACP.
