Today, as policies threaten progress and harmful rhetoric seeks to roll back hard-won rights, we draw strength from those who came before us—visionaries who dreamed of a world where Black people are truly free, safe, and equal. Their courage transformed our workplaces and communities and paved the way for us to stand together, here and now.
