Just about what'd happen if legendary synth-punk duo Suicide had been raised on West Coast hip-hop and nose candy. Operating on a strict diet of sub-two-minute minimal wave vignettes, Nate Martinez strips punk down to its bare, anxious bones. He’s played arenas with Limp Bizkit, but we’re forcing him back into the claustrophobic obscurity he deserves. Think narcocorrido grit, glue-huffing darkwave pop, and a Stones Throw pedigree that splits the sea of realness not unlike our boy Mozes himself.

Born from a Den Haag visual arts collaboration, because pure musicianship is only gonna take you that far.. The sonic manifestation of sinister, bleak sketchbooks—a hypnotically gatekept miasma where jagged punk guitars and throbbing electronic drum patterns make out in a dark room. Is it.. danceable? Sure, but in a deeply uncomfortable, intellectual way. If you aren't already listening to their tape compilations we suggest you do so sooner rather than later.
