About this Event

On Saturday, July 11, join Novum Dance Collective for N2, our signature summer showing of new and in progress works. Presented in two intimate showings at 4:30 and 7:30 PM at Mass Motion Dance in Boston, N2 features five compelling new works in progress. Join us for a rare window into our creative process. 

The program includes I cannot weave—, a poetic  work by Associate Artistic Director Nell Mancini that explores sexuality, partnership, and identity through the lens of the Ancient Greek poet Sappho; and Lacanian, a work by Associate Rehearsal Director Nicole Koontz which explores the principles of Lacanian psychoanalysis and dives into its impact on women and other identities when they are valued as status symbols for men without ever "having" the status; among other works.
