MyThy Does Dumplings!

Join us and Mythy, a veritable Detroit legend, in the Marrow private event space and learn how to prepare for, shape, cook, and serve dumplings with the techniques MyThy has mastered. During the class, Mythy will walk you through making dumpling dough as well as demonstrate how to create a filling from meats (or vegetables) from your favorite local butcher! At the end of the class you'll have the chance to sit down with your delicious dumplings (and some of Marrow's favorite dumplings) for a light lunch with beverages to boot! You will walk away with dumplings to cook and enjoy at a later date, dipping sauce, recipes, and the knowledge of how to make beautiful dumplings all on your own!
