Myths, Mandalas and Manifestation: Recharge your Focus Indoor Only

As we approach the end of summer and begin winding down toward the fall and winter, we begin to feel the shifts in the rhythms of our lives. With the year in its waning, we have a chance to look at how our perspective shifts have helped us focus on creating a happy and fulfilling life. This is the perfect time to reflect on your intentions for the year; to reset your focus; and to recharge your manifestations.

Join Lauren McLaren in a 2-hour workshop in which we will explore selected myths that will fire our intentions and reinvigorate our manifestations. We will enjoy an asana practice dedicated to the ideas and energies of the myths. Following our physical practice, we will water and feed our intentions with a yoga nidra meditation. Finally, we will tap into our creativity to design mandalas that can act as touchstones that remind us of our goals.

$35 if registered by Saturday, 8/10; $40 after.

Workshop Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds. Cancellations made by 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will receive a studio credit toward services (not retail products) for the amount paid. Cancellations made after 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.
