Let us pay homage to the cycles and rhythms of nature, calling in the directions with Liz Mistry’s Medicine wheel, taught by the late Dr Rafael Locke who was initiated into a 9 generation Cherokee lineage. A grounding journey to fully drop-in and honour the ancestors.
In our conscious connection with the Rose, we invoke the profound wisdom of this beloved plant spirit, inviting its loving medicine to bless us. While we enjoy our tea we have the opportunity to share divine longing or personal experiences from the heart, healing as a collective.
Easing into supported Yin Yoga. Accessible for beginners and a beautiful practice to soften our thorns and deeply integrate the medicine of connecting as womankind in sacred circle.
We offer this devotional practice with Spanda School bi-monthly, to ignite the fires of our hearts with compassion and harmonious relationship with nature, all peoples and most importantly ourselves.
