Mystic Paint Night is a feeling-based creative journey designed to help you step out of comparison, perfectionism, and overthinking and into embodied expression.

Hosted by Shay Rays a visionary artist, energy healer, and transformational guide.

When you paint intuitively, you bypass the analytical mind which you'd use in a more technical class.

This is a feeling and healing based practice of externalizing something you feel and experience inside. By giving this expression form you create more space in your system. This practice rebuilds self-trust through intuitive choice-making and encourages play amidst peers.

You'll begin with a circle to connect with the group and then Shay will facilitate a guided activation and meditation journey that aims to soften the inner critic and connect you to past-life versions of yourself who already know how to paint, a reminder that you are remembering deeper layers to this art form in this life when you show up to this class.

From there, you’ll be gently guided into abstract painting as a portal for subconscious expression.

No experience necessary.
